The gracious and friendly receptionists who answered my call guided my call to the correct person. Stuart was quick to reply to my specific needs and requests. I was surprised when they were able to locate 2 appropriate used cars within my budget in just 24 hours. His willingness to stay at the dealership until we arrived and forgo his personal family plans until he could assist us with exceptional care was beyond the call of regular service. I did not feel pressured to make hasty or impromptu decisions, which increased my trust in them. They wanted only what was best for us and worked diligently to fulfill our wants within budget and gave us a dream car that we didn't know we could afford. I can not say enough of their personal care and customer service. Each team member treated us with respect and professional attitude. I felt at home and comfortable throughout the entire transaction. I highly recommend Andrew Toyota and Andrew Chevrolet to anyone needing a new or used car. I felt valued as a used car buyer , which is not normal at other dealerships.
